Nusrat Jahan
Bangla Teacher

Dear Parents,
At Port City Public School & College, we believe that true education must be rooted in one’s own language. Bangla is not just a means of communication; it is the foundation of our thoughts, the rhythm of our emotions, and the bond that unites our people. When a child connects deeply with Bangla, they develop both cultural pride and emotional intelligence.

In my classroom, I encourage students to explore Bangla literature as a journey of imagination. Poems teach them sensitivity, stories inspire moral lessons, and essays train them to think critically. By expressing themselves in Bangla, they strengthen not only their writing skills but also their self-identity.

Dear parents, you are the first teachers of language. When you share proverbs, recite poems, or simply converse in Bangla with care, you teach your children to honor their roots. Such practices make them realize that Bangla is not only a subject in school but a living legacy that must be carried forward with love and respect.

Together, let us raise a generation that will protect the dignity of Bangla, shine with creativity, and proudly represent the spirit of Bangladesh wherever they go.
